Sinopec ethylene cracking furnace modular technology passed the expert evaluation
on March 10, the ethylene cracking furnace modular technology developed by Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. passed the expert evaluation organized by Sinopec major office. Experts believe that this technology has innovated and developed the steel structure module form of radiant section and the installation method of radiant coil module, which can not only ensure the installation quality of equipment, but also greatly reduce their different functions, short construction cycle, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level
this technology has been applied in Malaysia Titan project, Fujian Refining and chemical debottlenecking project and Yangzi Petrochemical transformation project. In the process of application, it has formed its own complete set of technology for modular design, manufacturing and installation of cracking furnace, which has obtained five national patents
